1.0.39 Arcade Cabinet Support

A request came in from some arcade enthusiasts that asked if Tank Power could be modified to play in an arcade cabinet. Since I own a couple of custom built arcade machines I thought this would be a great idea! 

To activate arcade cabinet mode, turn on the Arcade Cabinet Controls checkbox on the control settings screen. When enabled, player controls are adjusted to move the player in the direction the joystick is pointed. So, moving the joystick up will turn the tank and start driving upwards. Likewise for down, left, and right. 

If the arcade cabinet mode is well received I'll continue to enhance the game by modifying the menu system to use the joystick and buttons to navigate the menus and game option screens. But for now, a mouse is required to select the game type and game settings and get a match started.
